An affordable bagging system for industries wanting to sell materials to the public.
Landscape materials such as sand, gravel, compost, soil, bark, mulch etc can be easily be filled into bags
ranging from 10 – 100 litres and then sealed for easy storage and transporting.
Filling and sealing uses air operated foot pedals. A 2.5hp built in compressor supplies air for pneumatic devices.
Large hopper can be filled by front end loader or skid steer loader (Bobcat). Heavy duty belt feeds material
into filling chute and the anti bridging device spins to break up lumpy and sticky material to allow even flow.
2.5hp air compressor feeds air to the operation pedals and actuation rams on the feed chute clamp and
heat sealer clamp which removes any electrical hazards to the operator.
An easy to use digital fill timer ensures every bag is filled to exactly the same level.
