Simple and easy to operate & mobile compost bagging machine
An affordable bagging system for industries wanting to sell materials to the public.
It is designed as a mobile application bagging system able to be towed by any vehicle fitted with a standard tow bar and ball and capable of towing a 1000 kg trailer.
Landscape materials such as sand, gravel, compost, soil, bark, mulch etc can be easily be filled into bags
ranging from 10 – 100 litres and then sealed for easy storage and transporting.
The large 2 cubic metre hopper can be filled by using a front end loader or skid steer loader (Bobcat).
It has it's own 7.5kw electric start generator so it is a totally stand alone unit giving it the capability of bagging in remote areas or simply anywhere that power is not available.
In addition, a 2.5hp air compressor and a high quality heat sealer.
The generator provides 240v power to the air compressor and heat sealer but also gives you the option of powering other things such as electric drills etc while the air
compressor gives you the added bonus of having compressed air available for use with air tools or simply pumping up tyres.
The air compressor feeds air to the operation pedals shown above which operate the filling and heat sealing removing any ground based electrical hazards from the
operator, it also feeds the actuation rams on the feed chute clamp and the plastic bag heat sealer clamp
The rear bag roller is adjustable in height to suit any bag size from 10 to 100 litres.
An easy to use digital fill timer ensures every bag is filled to exactly the same level.
Based on a 25 litre bag, a single operator on the bagger can fill approximately 240 bags an hour with minimal effort.
Trailer Registration
As the Bagger is built on a trailer platform, the trailer is supplied fitted with an Australian VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) plate enabling registration in all states of Australia if required.
Note: As each state has different costs involved the Mobile Bagger comes WITHOUT registration included in the cost.
